Ask it anything about your work and the answer comes back with the pull request, issue, or decision it came from. If it can't find the source, it says nothing rather than inventing something plausible. That single rule is what makes it a teammate you can trust instead of a confident guesser.

Private by default

Everything it surfaces is yours alone. Nothing reaches anyone else until you decide to share it. Scriven Labs writes, it never speaks: it hands you the context privately, and you choose what, if anything, becomes visible to the room.

In solo use the retention held strong: people came back because the memory earned its place in their day, not because of a demo. That result is the green light for the next phase, where these personal agents begin to pair.
