Before writing the meeting features, we're running Phase 0: ten real meetings, with the cards written by hand. The thesis has to survive contact with a real room before it earns a line of code.

Wizard of Oz

The setup is deliberately unglamorous. Sit in on real meetings, watch for the moment a grounded card would help, and write that card by hand in the moment. It tests the one thing no amount of engineering can fake: whether a written, sourced nudge actually changes how a conversation goes.

What we watch for

Did the card arrive at the right moment? Did it settle something, or just add noise? Would the person have wanted it shared, or kept private? Every answer feeds the design of the panel and the rules the Coordinator will eventually follow.

It's slower than shipping, and that's the point. Validation before code means the automated version, when it comes, is automating something we already know works.
